🎮 HUD Bulletin Update 🎮
Greetings Denizens of Norune @everyone
This particular update may receive mixed reactions, depending on the side of the fence upon which one sits. However, now that it is live this bulletin must be made to be transparent and clear up possible confusion if you are an affected user.
**What Changed:**
Actively banned UUIDs are completely blocked from accessing the HUD.
Banned users cannot run HUD commands.
Banned users cannot automatically create a new account through HUD login.
Ban enforcement occurs before normal HUD request processing begins.
Once a ban is removed, HUD access is restored on the user’s next request.
**What Banned Users Will See:**
Normal HUD requests will return a locked/blocked response.
Account creation attempts will state that account creation is blocked for the UUID.
**What This Does:**
Prevents banned users from bypassing enforcement by creating a fresh account while their UUID is banned.

This is a BlackBox-wide change, and is not solely Norune-exclusive. Any and all systems that utilize BlackBox will have this enforcement, per Blackbox Creator’s prerogative.
